Terms and Conditions — 777ff Platform Rules

To use 777ff, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register with accurate personal information including your real name and valid contact details.
• Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 777ff. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 777ff is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your password.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow someone else to place bets or make transactions on your behalf.
• You must not register or use 777ff if you are in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.

If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, contact 777ff support immediately at [email protected]. Do not share your password with anyone, and use a strong, unique password for your account.

777ff accepts deposits in PKR through the following supported methods:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. 777ff does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account that does not belong to the registered user, it will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

777ff does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank, JazzCash account or Easypaisa wallet may apply their own transaction charges. 777ff is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposits are credited to your 777ff account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals from your 777ff account are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, where possible. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. All withdrawals are in PKR.

• You must complete any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal or when requested by 777ff.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated on the platform. VIP members may benefit from priority processing.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus balance must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• 777ff reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, account misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 777ff, including Cricket, Football, Esports and all other sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are binding.
• 777ff reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors. If an error in odds is identified, affected bets may be settled at the correct odds or voided and the stake returned.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules for that event.
• In-play Cricket bets on PSL, T20 and international matches are subject to real-time data feeds. Minor delays in live data are possible and do not constitute grounds for voiding a bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are shown in the relevant market or communicated on request.
• Bets placed in error due to the player's own mistake are not refundable.

From time to time, 777ff offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry periods. These are published on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Withdrawals are processed from your real money balance unless the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up promotions are available to new accounts only. One promotion per household, device or IP address applies.
• 777ff reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotion at any time. Any change will be communicated through the platform or the Promotions page.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods across accounts, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

777ff is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

• Set a personal budget before you start playing and stick to it. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose.
• Set time limits on your gaming sessions. Taking regular breaks helps you stay in control.
• Do not chase losses. If you have had a bad session, step away rather than depositing more to recover.
• If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, use the self-exclusion and account limit tools available in your account settings.
• 777ff is strictly for adults. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• If someone in your household may be at risk, consider enabling parental controls on shared devices.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777ff:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation may be voided.
• Using 777ff for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Allowing minors to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or corrupt activity in connection with bets placed on 777ff.
• Abusing the customer support team or engaging in threatening or abusive communication.

777ff reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other players.
• At the request of the account holder through self-exclusion.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

777ff provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• 777ff is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays in live data feeds.
• 777ff is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a player's gambling decisions. Outcomes in sports betting and casino games involve chance, and past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with support within seven days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• 777ff's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

777ff may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, notice will be provided through the platform — either via a notification in your account, a banner on the website, or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
